Shrimp Spaghetti

This is an easy dinner recipe to make, you can use whole wheat spaghetti and substitute the spices to your liking. For this recipe I use more chilli powder than usual as I wanted a spicier dish. I hope you enjoy this recipe too!

Shrimp Spaghetti
Servings: 4

450g spaghetti
Pinch of salt
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
3 tbsp. olive oil
300g shrimps

2 tomatoes (sliced)
2 tbsp. of tomato paste
1 tsp. chilli powder

1tsp. ground cumin
Parsley (chopped)
  1. In large saucepan, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Heat oil in saucepan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add cumin, chilli powder, tomatoes, tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes
  5. Drain spaghetti, add shrimp with parsley and toss lightly over a low heat
  6. Served
